Cosiliere: There is a guy.....Paddo Colt they call him. Real mean mother I hear. Outta Paddington back in the day. He might be able to arrange something. Whatever this Salvo fella is dangerous. He knows too much.

As an Orthodox, I reckon I am a pretty good Catholic.- Ukraine’s main Catholic church said it would move to a new calendar that would see Christmas celebrated on December 25 rather than January 7, amid an effort by Ukrainian institutions to break cultural links to Russia. The decision by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, which counts just less than a tenth of Ukrainians as worshippers, was welcomed by culture minister Oleksandr Tkachenko.

Yes I realise that your 'Senior Fellows of Nowhere' will either deny it or claim that 'the West' pushed them to the brink, forcing them to do it. Seriously, they need to get real lives and go to school.Last edited by ism22; 02-09-2023, 07:21 AM.

Yep, the MSM. Did a President, as C in C, authorise the general deployment of deadly force that the USS Vincennes used to blast an Iranian passenger airliner from the sky? No doubt the US will want him arraigned at the ICJ (International Court of Justice), a court system to which the US is NOT a signatory. More cant and Yankee hypocrisy. Have some on here learned nothing from Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan?
FFS. You can see how teaching is such a hard gig.
And MR, do you confect that wonderment when we see it on occasion? The "weirdness" is called ridicule and it's richly deserved. I mean a feather weight from the regions with limited knowledge of grammar bucketing the Brookings Institute is beyond ridiculous but I try.
These two have exhausted every card in the pack so far and I'm amazed that some on here still give them creedence. Baaaa baaaa!Last edited by Paddo Colt 61; 02-09-2023, 09:47 AM.

Yeah, they're the Catholics from the west, previously part of the Austro Hungarian emperium. They're also the fascists and anti semites who joined in the German invasion and kicked off the eastern Holocaust. No doubt it (the Catholic church) has played a major role in the current situation as well. Just goes to show the division and animus abroad over there. Little wonder that the Donbas region wants autonomy from pro West fascists.
We never hear about it, but the Church has a reprehensible WW2 record ranging from its Concordat with the fascists and Grapevine, the sheltering, and safe passage world wide, of SS war criminals including Eichmann. In some cases, clergy were more than complicit, In the Balkans, the Croation Archbishop Stepinac actively encouraged the killing of Romani, Muslims and Orthodox Christians. He is said to have been presented with bucketloads of human eyes.
The church has been, for milennia, the tool and partner of ruling classes. In the Soviet Union it was quickly dispensed with as far as having any political influence was concerned. The King's wife's impressive Soviet pedigree would suggest that she would have no part of the nonsense that Christianity peddles, too bad about Salvo himself. Baaa...baaa!
And Andy, they weren't drunk on the USS Vincennes. The passenger airliner was climbing away from the vessel, not descending as the Captain later claimed nor was it a Tomcat fighter being ten times the size. But that incident was quite different wasn't it? Iranian pasengers for a start and we all know that they are evil and the US aplogised for God's sake, it was an unfortunate accident. Move on people please. One thing is for sure, the crew will never face the ICJ, the exceptional USA is not subject to its jurisdiction. Baaaa....baaaa.

Not bagging you Andy. Just elaborating on your comment. That people were drunk is entirely possible and reasonable. What is unreasonable is our MSM's (the Us's) claim that because Putin authorised military assistance to ethnic Russians in the beleagued Donbas, he is responsible for the MH17 tragedy. It's kinda hypocritical of the US wouldn't we think?
You may be assured that your input is always appreciated.
