Beautiful day out today, managed to give the new stadium pool a good work out today, there is one indoor pool and an outdoor pool, the out door pool had people doing laps and the indoor pool had an recreational lane open so bobbed around in the indoor pool for a while which was heated to 27 c. Got into the outside pool for a while which was lovely, temp was saying it was 25 c then sat in the sun for a while, just lovely, today really felt like a step towards to retirement for me.

Another warm one today. Chaffed myself up on my 8km walk this morning. Bloody humidity. Not good!

Storm has just rolled in so expect my sons training this arvo to be called off.

Sensational morning here today. Only 18 degrees and clear skies. Should get to around 29 today and about 27 at kickoff for my sons second pre season scrimmage. Going to be a lovely evening on the pitch under lights tonight.

Nice! A solid 17 there today I see ism. Those are the most awesome days in Canberra. Cool and sunny. Perfect weather for a walk around the Arboretum or Mt Taylor.

Well it’s Labour Day long weekend here and apparently that means it’s the end of summer even though on the calendar, there’s another 3 weeks to go. Some cooler weather will be nice for a change. It also means footy season will be in full swing and hockey season starts in 4 weeks as well!

So glad I cancelled my commitments for today As it is an absolutely cracking day and I’ve been on the beach since 10.30 this morning I’m going to have to tear myself away from here shortly and head over to the footy No rush I will get there not long before kick off

Wet night and even wetter day here today. Was good to finally see some decent rain. It’s been a mostly dry summer.

Bloody summer hits again next week. Back into the 30’s. Going to be sweaty on the trudge around Arlington every day this week.

It was great at the 18 Footers yesterday, after lunch we went and sat on the outside balcony but was chilly so we all moved back inside again.
