Bitter cold winters days here in October

Indifferent weather today made it a perfect day to do a spring clean starting with the spare room, took off the window screens, gave the windows a good clean, the shutters and window frames a good cleaning, walls a good wipe down and some mould off the ceilings, has me thinking of turning the spare room into the main bedroom now. Will (hopefully) do the same in the main bedroom tomorrow to get both rooms reading for painting before summer sets in. Going to do some measurements to work out whether the spare room becoming the main bedroom is feasible, visually i can see it working, just have to work out a few things dimension wise and then work out whether i can really be bothered changing things around.

Another cool day here This weather is really beginning to shit me

Rinse repeat for the bedroom now as with the spare room yesterday, window screens off and cleaned, windows frame a good clean then the shutters, moved out a chair in the corner which has poster tubes and fishing rods sitting behind it, dust was caked on, been so long since i used the fishing rods, will store them in the laundry up the back after this. Once you start a spring clean you realise that there is more to do than you really thought was possible.

Was suppose to have a handyman repaint the numbers and parking spaces in the driveway today but the ground and concrete to wet to do it.

It’s a beautiful sunny afternoon here today. A great afternoon for walking the furchild. He’s missed a few walkies in a row now due to the wet weather.

Rain was only very brief here and the sun came out for a while, it was a lovely warmth coming through the window while i was cleaning the shutters. Cloudy now but no sign of rain.

Sensational day here yesterday. Cool, not cold but sunny all day. Got to 16 degrees with no wind. Finished setting up the Halloween display cleaned the birds nest out of the gas fireplace flume. Won’t be long now till I need to fire it up.

Sensational day here today. Early 20’s and not a cloud in the sky. Was perfect for a quick 1hrs session in the gym followed by a 50 minute walk around the rails taking it the autumn colours. Will be hitting the courts this arvo prepping my son for his first USTA tournament event!

Sensational day here today. Early 20’s and not a cloud in the sky. Was perfect for a quick 1hrs session in the gym followed by a 50 minute walk around the rails taking it the autumn colours. Will be hitting the courts this arvo prepping my son for his first USTA tournament event!

Oh Rentie I am so pleased to here you are now living life to the full and going to the gym. You know this news has really made my day. In fact I’ve shown it to another here who upon seeing this has burst into true tears of joy and to mark that occasion I have a song in celebration
