Oh Rentie I am so pleased to here you are now living life to the full and going to the gym. You know this news has really made my day. In fact I’ve shown it to another here who upon seeing this has burst into true tears of joy and to mark that occasion I have a song in celebration

I don’t go to public gyms. Too risky with COVID still such a huge threat.

I have my own gym in the basement.

Today though is going to be lovely. Around 21 and sunny. Perfect weather for a walk through Arlington Cemetery.

Ended up being a beautiful day for a walk around Glebe, spoke to a lovely man who was doing gardening on the outside of his property backing onto Bicentennial Park, if i can look as good as he does when i turn 75 and have the positive attitude he has i will be a happy man. seeing the beautiful sandstone restoration they have done on Johnston's creek was a highlight too, given a bit of decent weather Sydney really comes alive.

Pouring rain here at the moment. But a quick look at the weather radar sees late morning or the afternoon looking positive for some sunshine ☀️

Was a lovely day here today. Sunny and early 20s. Perfect for doing the lawns then a big feed of Korean fried chicken before walking it all off around Arlington National Cemetery.

It’s even a nice evening for a BBQ so im off to murder a cow!!

Right now it is a beautiful 23 degrees and sunny here in Sydney Been at beach for a few hours now snd it is very empty and the water beautiful. Making the effort to get here earlier now as the suns UB rays are getting higher as we get closer to summer I can feel myself burning a bit as I type will go home for lunch soon and to do a bit of work

Got up this morning and the road and drive way were wet and it was over cast, with in half an hour it had cleared to a what looks like a lovely day, although it is feeling very humid now. Can really feel the weather changing now as i have had the ceiling fans on in both bedrooms for the last few days, not quite time to switch the air conditioner on just yet though. Was waiting around for a package to be delivered and now its been delivered i am going to head over to the stadium for a swim.

I've decided to do my Thursday washing a day early before the rain comes.

Had a nice hour and a half by the pool at the stadium even though it started clouding over. Was good to do this today as the forecast coming up is not good, rain and rain, driving up the coast either Saturday or Sunday so not expecting anything great weather wise, the last two times heading north driving have been cancelled due to rain and flooding, will this be third lucky

Think this will still be ok but probably wont be much beach weather, i deliberately made it the end of Oct thinking the weather might be ok, time will tell, to be honest though just looking forward to getting away for a bit after the last couple of months i have had.
