Well it was quite cool and cloudy here today with some strong gusts of wind which is fairly typical for this time of year. Not good for the allergy and asthma sufferers.

What a beautiful afternoon in the sunshine at the beach An unexpected highlight of the day was a busker playing by the beach whom I think is a professional musician His name is Santino Salvadore Absolutely brilliant and spent most of the time listening to him play Here is one of his songs called What A Frustration

Moon is out and it's a nice mild night at 19c sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine listening to the mullet jump in the river, nice way to finish after having a nice Chinese feed at the club and winning two meat trays.

Thanks mate, after my recent health scare which is still on going and having 6 weeks off week then having this break away has made me more determined to be retired with in the next year or at least be down to 20 hrs a week or working 3 days a week at the most.

Another beautiful morning, just been had a paddle in the river, will head to the beach later, will have to watch myself as I'm getting a bit of colour, have been slip slop slapping, will wear a t shirt too.

That depends on the time of year But yesterday was at Coogee They always have music on the rainbow steps on a weekend Sometimes during the week as well

I often go to Coogee for a walk or lunch at the Legion Club but haven't swum at Coogee since the 80s. Basically now i go to Little Bay for a swim or some of the beaches at La Perouse but avoid La Perouse during the weekends or Christmas Jan holidays or Easter. I like Mahons Pool also and Yarra Bay near the retaining wall is a good back up if other places are crowded.

26c now and a ligjt north easter blowing, water quality so much better again at Middle Head Beach , no swell at all now, flat as a pancake past the breakers.

Was a lovely sunset here, the beach between 4 and 5pm was beautiful , sitting out on the balcony with background music playing after a lovely BBQ dinner and just saw somebody land a nice bream just in front of the cabin . Perfect.

Beautiful sunny morning here which has begun with a Leeds United last minute victory away from home over Liverpool lifting us out of the relegation zone for now Time for some saltwater at the beach might help with the hangover

A little bit cloudy here today but still plenty of sun, going for a paddle in the river then for a walk over to the surf beach after breakfast. This afternoon will spend time down at Middle Head beach, such a beautiful spot, i always get upset saying goodbye to there on the last day. Weather predicted to turn in Sydney tomorrow so I'm glad we have had some quality weather away and able to get out to the beach.

Another beautiful Sydney day here in the Eastern Suburbs spent the morning at the beach getting over my hangover Then off for a spot of lunch at a local cafe Now spending the afternoon going over yesterdays races. Work hard and the luck will come your way. Then this evening the family shall shall sit down and watch a full replay of Leeds Uniteds glorious victory over Liverpool this morning

I’m still in bed. Haven't looked outside yet to see what it’s like but I’m expecting a cool start and a day in the mid to late teens. Next week is getting me excited. Forecasted early to mid 20’s to start November.
