Beautiful day today in Sydney, was overcast early but turned into a beautiful day, got all the washing dry, had to call into St Vincents to pick up some x rays so after that i i walked down to the Domain and sat and soaked in the sun.

It was almost 15'C when I did my lunch run along the lake today. Loving the warmth as I've been getting up at ~5am most mornings (or at ~10-11pm at night) to do anywhere between 15-35km runs.
Love the crisp Canberra mornings but -2'C was the coldest and my hair had icicles afterwards. Gonna enjoy having a bit of warmth!!!

while it wasn’t a cold winter by usual standards, we got quite a few mornings below -2. Maybe you chose to stay in bed those mornings?
Anywho, it’s a wet start to the weekend and we sure do need it.FVCK CANCER

Father’s Day in Sydney on a 27 degree day. Some Bells Hot chicken. A ferry ride to Manly for some ice cream then back to see the Chooks call out “six again” and put a cricket score on the Faiders!
