Pissing with rain here right now. Training got called off for lightning so they went inside and did weight work instead.

I hope this doesn’t mean another humid day tomorrow. I’ve got 12kms ahead of me which is no fun in the humidity.

Clouding over here with rain predicted this afternoon, very cool breeze again. Off work today as have a minor (hopefully ) procedure in at St Vincents today, geez old age sucks

I really can’t cope with humidity. I find it draining and it often gives me a headache.

Thanks MR, its the male equivalent of a pap smear or what they call a chap smear lol, very uncomfortable procedure, there were some question marks when i had it done this time last year so just checking whether any thing has advanced from then, touch would there is nothing, they didn't seemed to concerned with last years results but there was a but.

Today was a nice cool 22c for my walk. Managed 12kms then went for a foot massage that was absolutely shyt.
At least it’s a pleasant afternoon for footy training.

Coldest night of the season here last night. Felt every bit of it at the game last night but it didn’t stop my sons game from claiming a great home win.

Only 13 here this morning. That’s not that cold but when you are used to summer temps, it’s like being in a fridge!

Beautiful day here today, sunny and 22 c . Leg is still too swollen to go for a long walk but managed to get down to Metro and pay my credit card and also get some pics copied for my mothers picture wall in the nursing home at K Mart. Hate not being able to do much with all this beautiful weather at the moment but may just go and sit in the backyard for a while later on.

Well bugger me!
last few days have been very warm and humid. Last day of summer was yesterday and today, right on cue to the very hour, the temps dropped and today for the first day of Autumn, we had only 18 degrees. I actually had to wear a hoodie to the footy last night as the wind was icy!

Autumn is well and truely here. Getting down to only 19 here next week. My morning walks are going to be getting rather brisk.
