A big nasty thunderstorm about to hit. There’s some black on the radar so hopefully no hail.

I miss watching those evening thunderstorms from the back deck of my house. The valley lights up beautifully with a good storm.

Well we just had the most amazing day here. Probably the nicest day I’ve seen here in the almost 12 months since arriving.
27 degrees, sunny with patchy cloud and a light breeze occasionally. It was just sensational. Did 15 kms on the bike this morning followed by 10kms on foot before coming home for a quick wash and 30 mins of The Price Is Right before raking up all the leaves around the yard and washing the car again. Took a drive into DC this evening and the place just felt awesome with the unseasonal temps.
I think the news said it was the warmest November day in over 60 years.

Nice day here in Sydney today, was cloudy this morning and the breeze a bit cool so nixed going to the beach so went and saw a couple of exhibitions at the Museum Of Sydney instead. weather for the rest of the week supposed to be nice so will try and squeeze a beach day in, finish work early tomorrow but have the Body Corporate AGM late afternoon so that rules that out. Later finish on Thursday but still early enough to get 2-3 hrs at the beach so will do that if the weather is ok. Have Friday off for some medical appointments so will spend the afternoon by the Stadium pool if everything goes well and the weather holds up.

Yep they are. My rear deck faces south overlooking the Brindys. Generally, if the storm comes from the south, it’s bigger than the ones from the north.

I find this place has developed an amazing trouble free vibe over the past few days. It’s a pleasure to be around the place and the weather just accentuates the feeling of carefree joy!

Another glorious Sydney spring day here 23 degrees as I sit here on the beach gazing out at the water and horizon whilst reflecting on life.

Another glorious day here as well but unfortunately it’s all about to end.

Nicole is expected to hit tomorrow and it’s looking wet all day. At least we get another two days of early 20’s before the cold follows Nicole and it all finishes for the year. As of Sunday, nothing above 9 degrees for the foreseeable future.

Nice warm day here, sunny and cloudy, spent a couple of hours at the Stadium pool after appointments in the city, beautiful in the water and sun till it started clouding over fully at around 1.30pm.

Another warm November day here today. It is very humid though so I suspect we might be n for another storm later today. I’ll have to make sure I go on my walk with the fur child before then.
