Summer a day of mid 30's and low humidity beats a day of 25 c and high humidity.
i don't mind nice clear winter days but a June or July night game at the SFS or SCG is not my idea of fun anymore.
Autumn when the days are still warmish but the nights are getting cooler is my favourite time .

Yes I’ve spent way too much time over the years agonising over Dulux white paint colours! If you find the HB is too strong you can also go half strength. Or quarter. We did a feature wall in each of the kids bedrooms in Grand Piano as well. It’s also a nice neutral but more a warmish grey or griege as they call it. Good luck choosing. Choosing whites really does my head in. In fact I’m trying to select a white for our toilet now. We had the bathroom renovated last year and used the same tiles in the separate toilet - only part the way up the wall. But the tiles don’t go well with the existing antique white paint on the toilet walls. So I’ve chosen Lexicon Quarter which will hopefully work. Will get a sample pot soon.
We did have some rain in the early hours of the morning but its just overcast now.Last edited by horrie hastings; 03-13-2023, 11:30 AM.

It’s a beautiful Autumn day here. 23 degrees predicted. March / April is my favourite time of year here with perfect temperatures and the trees changing into beautiful shades of red and orange. By Anzac Day it all changes though and the bitterness of winter starts to set in!

Lol yes, have to admit i wasn't excited about it and not looking forward to the disruption but i did want to get it done and out of the way, at least it gives us a little bit more time to really sort things out and pack things and get rid of things but hopefully the weather will still be ok when it comes around to the painting, don't want it being done when its colder and possibly damp.

Was so hot and humid today, air conditioning struggled down our end of the centre at work, it always does, one end is nice and cool while the other end swelters, centre management reckons its working perfectly down our end, yeah sure. Friends up the road from us are away for a couple of weeks so keeping an eye on their place, just been there watering their gardens, harvesting their tomato bush which is growing wild and spent about an hour and a half in the pool, just so relaxing after work.
