Thanks MR. Was a big day with both chemo and radiation.

I don’t mind the hills but some around the Southside are killers! I find the only flat walks are on the paths around the lakes but I do enjoy the dirt trails and they are mostly through the hills.

It sounds like a tough day. My thoughts are with you and your family.

It’s another beautiful day in the capital. This is the week we must enjoy before the cold sets in around Anzac Day!

Just got back from 7kms around Mt Wanniassa and across the ridge line of Fadden. Lovely outside today!

Im going to chop some wood now in preparation for what comes after ANZAC day.

I remember our Cairns holiday in June a few years ago. On our first day after arriving we were on a boat tour and it was a lovely 25 degrees. We had left Canberra the previous morning when it was zero degrees. The guide said something like 'we're going through a bit of a cold snap at the moment'!!

Yep, it was a rather cool walk today. An ugly looking day and I buggered my leg as well. Pretty crap all round really.

haha I sleep with the a/c on as well. I have to leave it on all day for my dog as well. Costs a bloody fortune but its just so damn humid.

yeah I sleep much better with the a/c.
Electricity bills are still relatively cheap due to solarheart.

Had the air conditioner on here almost 24/7 just up till last week when the painting started. Very autumnal day here in Sydney with cool southerly breezes and on and off drizzle.

Thanks MR. Old age does that to ya! I will be fine. Might hit the treadmill tomorrow instead of the mountain. Strangely enough, the pain is only there when coming back down and I though that was supposed to be the easier part!

Stunning day in the Berra yesterday with another 7 days in a row predicted to be the same. Love autumn in Canberra!
