My butcher is the sausage king. His next type is duck, orange and macadamia. I have the barbie ready.
Had the tea smoked duck when i was in Adelaide,we were at a bar and the barman suggested we try this chinese restuarant and also order the tea smoked duck,it was supberb,a couple of people in the group did not like duck but tried it and said it was very nice.
The sausages sound nice,let me know what they are like? I was somewhere the other week and there was a sign up saying try our famous duck sausages,i think they were prepared with asian spices,didn't buy any to try though.

Duck orange and macadamia snags horrie, brilliant. We cant make enough customers pay thru the nose and dont mind.
Tonight we had peking duck coctail pies, unfarkingbelievable.
The boss just got them in, produced by Villis.
Last time I encountered Villis was at that halal butcher just down from The Grotta Capri on Anzac horrie. I gather youre still at the bottlo there so you should know where I mean???
