Well you are all getting your wish. The lumps in my left armpit came back from 2012 so I won't be around forever..I thought I had the flu..turns it it wasn't...If you don't believe me, feel free to come with me to my next appointment at Double Bay 8.30am 7 August - Bank Holiday..I could do with a helping hand.

I'll make sure you all get invited to the memorial service..and if you are thinking that I'm joking...only time will tell..won't it? I did warn you all about karma and making fun of people as you never know when our time is up..do we?

I do hope you all stay well and happy..I'll leave you all to it. I mentioned to Chris that I'll be off for treatment soon so he can close my account on here so that no-one thinks I'll be using other names etc...or speculate about my whereabouts.

Do yourself a favour tho and don’t give up. I believe that the battle is very much mental and when you let it take over your mental state, it will take over your body more.

I won’t get involved in the back and forth that goes on in here as I reckon some things are just far too important to let the little things get in the way. This is a trivial internet forum after all and should be treated as such. With that in mind, cancelling your account is probably the worst thing you could do as I think it might just give you the occasional break from the savage reality that you are about to go through.

Good luck with your health. I’m sure everyone here has you in their thoughts for the road ahead.

If it helps, I'm doing the Mega Swim for MS. Basically me and a bunch of other swimming instructors from my son's swim school (where I work as a side hustle) are gonna do 24 hours of swimming I've got two 1hr blocks locked in so this will be interesting.

As a quick confession... I'm currently training for a full marathon in September so have recently upped my running training. However, I'm a comparatively hopeless swimmer. I'm starting to enjoy swimming but this is all gonna be a bit touch and go haha
