Australia got dragged into this anti- China rhetoric after Mike Pompeo visited in 2021 and encouraged Morrison, Dutton and co to join and back up Trump's attack on China.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out you strengthen ties with your major trading partner, not the opposite. If the United States and China want to trade barbs and blows then it is none of our business.

The idiots who call 2GB and say "we need to get tough on China" are the same idiots who sit in houses full of Chinese made appliances and goods.

The only problem is when other posters continually quote the blocked person so their posts become visible again. We need a second layer of blocking..I already said I'd give a million dollars to whomever can invent such a function.

Hands down the best Chinese food i've ever tasted.....and hands down the most expensive but it's worth it.

We used to go to the Noodle House in DB every 2 weeks but the family wanted May Kwai- i said ok once a month because i don't want to mortgage the house. Double Bay Chinese was nasty- no wonder it closed down.

I think we are in the wrong thread talking food-even if it is Chinese !!

Happy to chat with you in another thread RR anytime..I used to use the bus stop to come home outside Noodle House when I'd stop off at Double Bay to run errands or visit the library. I live near Monkey King Thai and they have great food for home delivery. Me and my Roosters mate across the hallway often get it.

This is a China thread Kingsley, enough already. Andy proposed an appreciation gesture, "reached out" I think they call it, and you respond with a whole lot of Russian flavoured spam. I don't know how you can diss a gift dedicated so thoughtfully. When I catch those opening strains I get tremors down ma backbone, the shakes in ma kneebone, shivers in the thigh bone. I'm shakin' all over.

Is it possible that we just agree to disagree? I don't want to hurt your feelings but I mean you're ruining the thread, there's nothing new, just that ominous subliminal warning about being controlled when you're thoroughly controlled yourself. You might as well join us as onlookers to wherever events take us in the future cos there's precious little that we can do about it. The control is becoming more and more unsubtle too.
