Wrong thread, bruh! This one's for poetry.

But thought himself bright and breezy

        He took one final fall

          • It's for poetry but with tangents. "Dulce et Decorum" is a political poem reminding us that war is nothing that we might ever want.He even references the meatheads of the time at the end.

How about not allying with anyone? Or best option is"security within Asia" as Keating insists but I'd suggest that we're far too racist for that.. We could live in splendid isolation down here, oceans away from any danger. Even Izzie's mates, the Japs didn't have us on the agenda, too hard. WTF is "senpai" anyway - a craft beer, a new line of 4&20?

MR as commendable as your limerick is, "diatribes" throws the last line out. Try "views" or some other single syllable. Just sayin' is all.

Whilst I am not sure who these are dedicated too. This is much much better than the first pathetic infantile attempt which was unoriginal lacked punch and rhythm at the end and was plaigarism. Still I strongly encourage you to continue your efforts What is a little concerning here is it appears you are wishing harm to someone here. This is very bad karma and you should have a re think After all none of us would want any of those nasty illnesses you have told us about to flare up

Have to disagree Paddo. If I did that it would lose some of the meaning and I don’t think ‘diatribes’ affects the rhythm too much surely?
Senpai is Japanese. It’s similar to sensei but not quite. Sensei is a teacher, whereas senpai is someone you consider to have higher skills than yourself in a particular field. Ism was being very nice.

OHHHHH Jack I too liked it and find myself wondering who this was directed at. Ive encouraged the poster to continue with their works. Just a little concerned the poster was wishing harm to another person. Very very bad karma that and, with the initial poster telling us about their many nasty ailments and dietary needs due to these none of us would want any of those to flare up again

Good luck in the Cup today Jack and have a Happy Melbourne Cup day

                      • There was a great coach named Jack
Who built up a formidable pack
                        With Backs running galore
They clocked up some big scores
No wonder they went back to back.

In whom not many fans had faith

                          But then one day

He put a field goal away

And us in the Chookpen went Yay!

Who wasted his life by the pool

                              He came unstuck

who desperately craved to feel a man’s ball sack
                                she wanted it so much
to bang hard on her crutch
She’d even take it from a man named Jack
