Nuri Vittachi din't write the book, that was A B Abrams wot wrote it so I don't understand the pile on on poor 'ol Nuri a bystander and being called all sorts of things. Quite a classic case of barking up the wrong tree.

Only a blinkered sheeple (or a devotee of the MSM) would refuse to believe that US Intelligence was not involved in the Hong Kong civil unrest, or in the Iranian "headscarf" unrest or in the Ukrainian coup or in the sabotage of Nordstream 2.

Nuri Vitacchi is a writer why would it be unusual that he would write a book especially if he was concerned about foreign interference in his home patch.

Apart from that, why are we even talking about Nuri? He is the messenger. A B Abrams wrote the book exposing US dirty tricks and misinformation and, quite clearly, Nuri's interest in US propaganda drew him to Abram's thesis.

PS. Another very good piece on Menadue this morning re Murdoch war mongering on Sky. It's pretty frightening when you consider that the population has largely accepted the anti China US propaganda without giving the matter much thought at all. At least that stupid, ill educated demographic, the Over 65s has. When the rest of the world was in anguish over Vietnam, that demographic (over 65 - but it was young then) voted in 3 straight elections to continue our involvement including Conscription.

Sources routinely include that meathead soldier boy - the late Jim Molam, the lightweight ex military man, Mick Ryan, who usually employs the mind reader approach in his comments on Russia and China and then there is ASPI, the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, set up by Howard and financed by the US government (it has a Washington office) and various weapons manufacturers (some credible source when it comes to war talk eh?)

These are the very same sources that feature in the Sky News warmongering segment discussed in the Menadue piece that I mentioned earlier,

The huge worry is that the sheeple (in so far as they think about much at all) have mostly bought it. If you saw no difference between the ABC coverage and, say, 60 Minutes then you , too, would buy it so it is important to read the Menadue article and laugh at the Sky war mongering. We need to see it for the crude propaganda that it is and we need to raise the subject with friends who, mostly perhaps, are not Murdoch fans but are conditioned to rely on MSM despite surveys which regularly indicate that it (MSM) has low cred - 60% think it unreliabe but then 40% don't agree. When you realise that 50% of the population is on or below average intelligence then the figures for those who trust the media are about right.

From what I hear and read, Ukraine is not front of mind with voters and that's probably down to Fox which seems to have a differnt line over there to that here He'd be wanting to make things difficult for dodery old Biden. What can I say mate? You prefer the romance of a conspiracy and are disillusioned with 'the west' because you were a Whitlam fan who's still seething from the events of 1975. I get it! I have an uncle who lives off-grid and you'd get on marvellously with him... exposing the 'truth' behind all those dirty secrets we're being brainwashed with.

In the meanwhile, I recommend the author Dan Brown or video games such as Deus Ex and Broken Sword (or even a bit of Shining Force III). I love a good piece of conspiracy fiction to 'make you think' and have experienced the rush of exposing the 'truth' through such avenues (while mindful that it's all fiction/entertainment). However I'm gonna be frank with you... Menadue's blog is stacked with low-profile CCP/Kremlin sell-outs. Low-grade as in disturbed young adults, as opposed to 'high-profile' sell-outs such as Sam Dastyari or Bob Carr.

In short, you can do better!
