I've provided a follow-up... see above. Pardon my skepticism. The OP linked to a meme that removed context and sensationalised it. I've since read the original source and gained understanding of the context.

WEF are an IO (more of an economic think tank) that is a guest at various multilateral forums (where members are economies / countries that will likely ignore such blather... not the IOs).

Jacinta Ardern will be remembered for her tremendous leadership qualities. She is open minded, able to build trust and respect, has tremendous communication skills, is a great listener and addressed issues that matter to the younger generation.

She was also able to govern in a way that made it not all about herself.....all whilst we had a leader who secretly made himself the minister for everything.

Just my opinion.
