With my initial comment I was just saying I like Jacinta but maybe that's because I'm female and so I think it's great to see women reaching positions of power that are usually filled by men. I wasn't thinking about the political aspect at all, though I liked a lot of her policies. But that doesn't mean to say I agree with everything she has done or said. I have no problem with male or female pollies being criticised for their performances or policies etc. It should have nothing to do with their gender - either way. Sadly however criticism does become very personal and it can happen to both men and women. I've heard people criticise Ardern because she is allegedly a typical 'ugly' kiwi woman. Or others for their clothing or not having children or not being married. I'm not saying this doesn't happen to men either. The little Johnny Howard crap was also meant to be demeaning. So no, gender should not come into it. My initial comment was very innocent. I like her but maybe I'm slightly biased because I am female and it's good to see her as a female, reach a position usually reserved for men.

I also don’t like Trudeau Michael Gunner Mark McGowan Anastasia Palacszuk Nancy Pelosi or even Bill and Melinda Gates I don’t discriminate on the basis of sex like RR has accused me of. Mind you I knew there would be some knob who came out with that rot on here
I wasn't referring to you personally. There are females out there i dont like too- headed by Pauline Hanson.

She was no trailblazer- Margret Thatcher,Angela Merkel and Indira Ghandi come to mind. However i thought she did possess unique leadership qualities that set her apart form the rest

Yes I agree. She also has a likeable personality and doesn't come across as arrogant or stubbornly obsinate for the sake of it, like others (male and female!!).

Of all the things you could say about Pauline Hanson, she is not two-headed.
