Their efforts in presenting the Coronation were downright disgraceful. Even though I'm more of a monarchist than a republican, I didn't watch the entire thing, but the extracts I saw from the ABC were just full of self-loathing, self-hatred and anti-white sentiment blended with a large amount of historical clap trap. Why do we have such illiterate, ill-educated cuck d!ckheads in this country like Craig Foster?

If people today need reparations for the bad things done in the past, the Coronation is not the place to do it.

As a (mostly) whiter than white whitey, can I get reparations and apologies from more than 200 years ago when my ancestors were imprisoned, sentenced to death, then pardoned and sent to Australia to work as unpaid government slaves for 7+ years?

didn't watch the coronation coverage. saw some highlights and it all looked a bit like dress ups with their crowns on their heads.

maybe the money spent on the abc could be better spent on financing aussie films and stuff but i think you need a national broadcaster. it's public money so it has to be done well. as far as news programs go objectivity should be the goal and there should be safeguards to make sure that is observed
