The rubiks cube thread

Last week my son asked me how to solve his rubiks cube so I said 'I dunno'.

After going online and using a solver I realised that a good start was to take his apart and put it back together properly as it was unsolvable. From there I read a few guides and learned a slow but sure way that I've now taught him.

Question... is anybody on here good with rubiks cubes? If so, have you got any tips?
