LOL! You need to prove he knew they were cheating the cap. He can sign a hundred contracts. Until you prove he knew then all you are doing is creating rumour and half-truths. Dealt with enough lawyers in my lifetime to know you need proof....

Geesus, are you really this stupid? Smith signed two separate contracts for the same period at Melb, one registered with the NRL and one to be kept hidden. The hidden one included Smiths deal to provide "professional services" to Foxtel for 25K a year which he actually mentioned on air which wasn't part of this contract registered with the NRL. It's still very curious how that deal between two News Limited companies was never picked up or mentioned as part of the Delloittes report into the rorting?
