I don't follow the super league but from the small media bits I've read he is doing a good job.

In saying that I wouldn't want him involved with us but if Nick decided to give him a go and he wins us a premiership I would be happy to have him here.
But I don't see us going down that path which suits me fine.

I agree on that score but if he does the job consistently in Super League (and he's clearly a leader) why wouldn't you hire him? Looking around, I don't know about "NRL standard"- what is it? Personality and player respect are most important. It's all about the best man for the job after all, emotion doesn't come into it and not all supporters hate Souths to that extent. We've often exchanged players over the years so why not a coach swap? Now if Robbo was to go to Souths on big Rusty's coin.......too scary to contemplate.

Other than that I'm a fan. He objected to the preferences that Demetriou afforded Cody and Trell so he don't take no shit. Neither did he take it from that old rich jerk of a father in law who who tried to ruin him by lying in court. The same arsewipe who played a leading role in Gina's war on the mining Super Profits tax.
