1 bad game and out come the Carney haters.

You've had to wait a while to write something about it because he's been killing it, and you know it.

We'll see how the Carney bashers go after he teaches Bwaiff a footballing lesson in round whatever.
Haven't had to wait at all, you guys have a thread here every week after each if his games. I was just wondering why you didn't start one after last nights game?
He was rubbish, there's no doubt about that.

There's also no doubt that he's one of the best players in the game and the Roosters sacking him was one of the worst decisions this club has ever, or will ever make.

I'll talk to you again next week when he wins yet another game for the Sharks on his own.

        Yeah, I'd agree with this.

No surprise that most of the tries came from bombs.

the question really is whether Carney's game is all that effective or applicable to Origin

the crabbing sideways, looking for tired inside defenders to step off into really is not all that evident in SoO

then again, he shat himself and didnt even try to attack the line

With only 5 try asists compared to Pearces 11 he hasnt been winning games for cronulla,,its been a team effort mainly there forwards,,,i think you should actually watch his games and not just read into the papers..

That's because he and Darius Boyd went out drinking with the other Geese..I mean Emus...seriously, could they not drink just for a couple of weeks whilst representing their country?

I think this is the main reason he has fallen foul of quite a lot of people. Most will forgive the wild side of youngsters, to a degree.
He just doesn't know when to can it.

I would love to be a fitness fanatic & 1 of the best 5 NRL players in the game & be an alcoholic, yer right. Try & match was he has done.

God some of you people are just so pathetic & think you are right about everything. Wouldn't know what an alcoholic was.

Just who are you directing this to? I'm a 44 year old woman. Why would I want to be a tattooed boy in his twenties??
