The female game is the best chance of promoting RL in the Americas. They play a very attractive game - fast, rough enough to appeal to a lot of women/girls but clean and played strictly by the rules on both sides. The sportspersonship within and between teams is also attractive and very female. I could see it being successful in colleges.
