New NRL expansion team - Easts

I'm going to launch a bid for a proper team to play out of the Eastern Suburbs.

It'll be called Easts.

Our logo will be a chicken on a ball with Easts to Win written on it.

It'll have only one jersey.

We'll play out of Henson Park.

And there will be no piped in crowd noise.

And membership will be open to fans.

Marquee signing, Todd Carney.

Major sponsor, Sydney City Holden.

Give me an Eastern Suburbs organisation who actually plays the vicinity of the Eastern Suburbs.

If I wanted to support a club who had no idea of their Geogrpahy I'd go support South Sydney or Canterbury Bankstown who play out of Homebush or Wests who play in the Eastern Suburbs.

Hey Pipe, you should base the club out of Christensen Park, Lyne Park & Queens Park, then you'd have as many grounds as the Tigpies, but all based in the East!! You can use the Sheaf or Rose Bay RSL for your Leagues club! Or maybe one of Johnny Ib's clubs in the Cross!
