  • Josh Reynolds shoulder charge

The Josh Reynolds shoulder charge last night against Parramatta made definite contact with the head. The Parramatta player bounced straight back to his feet. My question is, "Will Reynolds have a case to answer because of the contact, or is it because the player did not get hurt make it legal?

Of course he wont. The "inconsistencies" in regards rulings on this type of tackle are unbelievable.

These days if you stay down & let the vidref look at it, it's a penalty & on report, get up & play on & maintain some integrity then you are disadvantaged, just ask Bryce Gibbs how it works!

I think that the cards in the crowd, that give a score for the dive, are the deciding factor......a bit like soccer diving.

Well Gibbs got a 10 for the dive & a 0 for integrity!

Should be interesting to see if Cameron Smith gets cited for dropping his knees into Kane Linnett after he scored a try. Smith and other Storm players have been doing it for a while now. Lets see if anything happens to the protected one.

Of course it wont. As you said, they have been doing that for years. They are also the inventors of most of the dirty tackles that have surfaced over the past decade. The NRL wants league to succeed in Melb so they turn a blind eye to a lot of it.

When is someone going to take Cameron Smith's head off? If that &^%$ did that to one of my teammates I'd be straight into smashing his face in. He lead with his knees.

                  Chook.
