I havent time to google I willa sk another question I know Inglis got some deal with ANZ when he went to Souths though Have you googled and found Canterbury to be doing this ? Or are you making assumptions ?

The information about Canterbury was given to me by the CFO of another NRL team. He might have been making assumptions, I don't know. He, like everyone else, is no doubt puzzled by the Dogs' ability to sign so many international class players... and still talk about signing more.

I don't think you'll necessarily find any information on ANZ paying Canterbury players on Google, though I suspect the club has to declare such third party payments to the NRL.

Here's my final word on the subject (I don't want to bore people): If, by sponsoring a player, an entity such as ANZ Stadium stands to materially benefit from the on-field performance of the team with which that player is contracted, such sponsorship should be counted under the salary cap.

It's a forum mate not the district court. He gave u his source which most don't do because they don't wanna burn them. Which is fair enough.

It's up to u whether u believe him or not but he doesn't need to produce evidence to anyone. I guarantee most people come on here to read goss and rumours, in the hope some of it comes true.
