I'm hoping for a draw at full time between Souths and Canterbury, then about another 60 minutes of golden point where each team ends up down to 8 men because of injuries meaning the players will miss the GF the following week. Then I really don't care who wins it!

i would prefer Souths to Bulldogs.

I'm going for Souths because some of my closets friends follow them and when we made the 2010 grand final, they were the first to be happy for us and to email/text etc after we won that preliminary final against the Titans. I guess I'm lucky with the company I keep.

I finally got the TV connected in the new place in time to watch Manly and Melbourne make mince meat of each other. Would still rather any Sydney team win.

I just saw the stereotypical Souths fan at the Rose Bay shops delivering some compost to my friend. He had barely any teeth God love him and the bunnies jacket looked like it hadn't been washed since 1971. He saw my Roosters cap and I told him best of luck for Saturday and he said the same for us in Toyota Cup. I also had a technician come around to help me with the TV and T-box and he was a Canterbury fan. He wasn't as cocky and said felt his team was a young squad who may struggle on Saturday. Funny how people perceive their teams in different ways. As long as Melbourne get done on Friday, I don't mind so much....

I hate the Bulldogs but hate Souffs more! There is no way I would ever support that vermin team. But whichever of them wins I hope will get smashed by either Manly or Storm in the GF. I can't really split Manly and Melbourne as I hate them equally but can live with either winning the GF if it means neither of the dogs or souffs win.

I think Manly and Melbourne have won more than their fair share recently (and not so fair in the case of the Rorting Storm) and it's getting a tad boring. I can't believe John Ribot wants the Storm's stripped premierships reinstated. Not only was his jersey NEVER dirty when he was a player, he must have taken a blow to the head as well. Either that, or their arrogance knows no bounds.

Well if its boring for either Manly or Storm to win, GREAT!!!! Can you imagine the news if those 'poor bunnies' supporter are pt out of their misery? Or the miraculous result by Des Hassler to give the Dogs another premiership. I'd rather that it be boring so we don't have to hear about it until the next season starts.

I booked a trip to California in late September 2003 and couldn't get out of it. I thought it very good of Arnie to put red, white and blue bunting up everywhere in San Francisco for me though. It was just a coincidence he was running for governor at the same time.

No one should plan a wedding/party/trip etc etc etc for Sept & early October. It is criminal.
So why did my eldest boy plan his wedding for Bathurst weekend last year??
Yep, spent Friday, Sat, Sun, Monday either travelling or at the wedding.

I am sure he did it out of spite :/
