So he will be without a title for the next five years then.

Don't laugh but Russell Fairfax on Fox news has said that there is a rumour that News Limited was interested in buying Souths off Rusty. They want to keep a strangle hold in the NRL through owning a team in each state. Rusty hasn't funded Souths for the past two years, their 22000 membership and the recent increase in NRL grants makes them a relative safe investment for a new investor.

The Souffs fans would be ropeable.....the mob that had them removed from the comp ends up owning them!

Nick is like the Eddie Obied of the NRL.

Not meaning Nick is corrupt meaning Nick has a lot of power within the NRL just like Obied had in the Labor party.

On Souths I think while ever Maguire is the coach Souths are going to be successful.

Mickey, Nick is a true legend in every sense of the word. As for Eddie, it's only an allegation at this stage and given that this inquiry was a Barry O Farrell funded initiative I wouldn't trust the outcome. Barry's little deal with James Packer has more of a stench than a Souffs fan day.

What a pathetic tosser he really is, he thinks he has to sell his share of the club to enable him to spend more time with his family, the club seems to do well enough without him, when he is off in Europe or wherever shooting the next instalment of "Russell in tights" or "Old bearded man with a big boat" or whatever piece of s**t he finds himself working on, doesn't he have staff & management to handle the day to day stuff of running his 37.5% share of this embarrassment of a club??

watch the relocation in action, preferably to perth, thats nearly far enough away? aaparently the members have first dibs on a buy back, but that would only work on the right week for social security payments?

I wouldnt be suprised to see them relocate who ever buys them is going to want to make $$$$$ and might take up an NRL offer to move.
