How Good was the Old Skipper......

I watched the Tigers/Knights game tonight with interest to see how our illustrious ex skipper would go.

After 10 minutes he had run the ball once or twice and made a couple of tackles and I thought maybe he had turned over a new leaf, but then he completely missed Uate who simply ran through him and nearly ran the length. He then went AWOL for the rest of the half.

In the second half he refused to run the ball, preferring to just pass it and let the "real" forwards take the ball up. Then he ran the ball up twice and dropped it both times, before giving a penalty away for a high shot. He then went AWOL for the rest of the half.

I reckon 9am tomorrow he will be in Mick Potters office sobbing, throwing a tanty and demanding to be the 5/8 as he "deserves" to wear the #6 jersey.

I am so happy he is gone from our club.....

Running the ball once is more than he did at our club for the last two years. Will always remember the Tigers game field goal. But that is my only positive memory of him. Thank goodness we have gotten rid of him!

Looking at his stats he had a decent night at the office.

              4 runs for 29 metres

              5 missed tackles

              2 errors

              1 penalty

Wait till they start struggling and he really throws the towel in.

Where is that idiot Tigers fan who said he was a good signing?

I'd only be bragging if we had a win.

29 metres in a match is massive for Anasta, he went an entire month combined without that many for us last season

If he strings together a few games playing like he did tonight, he may just find himself benched or in the NSW Cup. He got nailed tonight in a couple of good tackles.

Really enjoyed the little pussy being run over by Uate.

He ran hard once in the first 10 mins when the tiger were inside the 10. Then it occurred to me he only ever puts in effort near th opposition try line songs can score and look like a ****en hero. In any other part of te field he does sweet **** all!!! Unless its a drop goal.....

So glad he is gone and to a team that will potentially get the wooden spoon this year. Haha karma is a birch. What a fraud
