understand where the reality of TV sits, their programming needs and the money it brings into the game. agree the advanced specific days of the draws is a godsend to the long distance fans.
i am a bit old school but winter sport and the weekend are the perfect mix for me. i will watch the Roosters live when they are within reasonable travel and whatever time they play and my local CRL side on a Sunday afternoon (2pm) if it doesn't clash with the Roosters.
Once Sunday evening has come around i start to switch off. i rarely watch Monday night or Friday nights games and didn't watch any of the Thursday night games except souths-easts at the ground. A two day turn around just is too much i like the excitement of looking forward to the weekend and whats coming up.
anyway must be a dying breed.
