Yes souths do have a good team this year but any doubt that they are being given a free ride by the officials was dispelled tonight. Absolute joke.

Agreed, lots of crowd penaltys $ouff$ perhaps would have won without the boys in pinks help. All the 50-50s went their way & the video ref decisions bowled me over don't worry though all this will dry up when the semis hit & they will have to work for their wins.

What's more sad is the fact Diamond Phillips is one if the refs.

How slow were the cowboys in attack. When they shift the ball wide it was like watching u/12's. they were very predictable last night.

It's the coach, like Bellyache, Maguire can turn average players into good players, Robo will be in the same category.

Yeh Manly definitely copped some pretty unfair officiating against Souths a few weeks back although I'm not sure tonight has been as much unfair as just poor luck.

The 'conclusive' evidence rule has certainly played in their favour tonight.

When you look at their team & they do have 2 of the best players in the game playing for them & a coach who knows his stuff plus their effort in 2012 it's no surprise at all to me seeing Souths as the top team.

Top teams have more luck then teams who finish down the bottom, it's always been like that.
