What is everyones thoughts on Canterbury Bulldogs appoint Raelene Castle as their new CEO, replacing Todd Greenberg
IMHO - I think its a bold move from the Bulldogs but having said that I also think that it is a great move by them as well.

CANTERBURY have broken new ground in giving a woman a key role in the running of an NRL club, appointing New Zealander Raelene Castle as their new chief executive.
The appointment of Castle, chief executive of Netball New Zealand, is expcted to be announced in Sydney on Wednesday afternoon.
No woman has been an NRL club chief executive, although Liz Dawson, another Kiwi, was chief executive of the Adelaide Rams during the 1997 Super League season.
While the former NRL board and the ARL Commission have had female directors, it's the sort of appointment which rugby league been accused of in shying away from in terms of being an inclusive sport.
Netball's increasing popularity in New Zealand has occurred on Castle's watch as she has headed up NNZ since 2007.
Castle, who flew into Sydney today ahead of the announcement, has a background in sports event and corporate management and also rugby league ties, as her father Bruce captained New Zealand in one Test in the 1960s.
She will replace Todd Greenberg, who takes a post in July as the NRL's No.2 executive.
