Tyson Otto has submitted a story that has me looking forward to the lo@souffs game this week-end. I personally rate Pearce a lot higher than Reynolds, but I know a number on here think the opposite.
It will be good to see how he goes.

He's got a good kicking game, that's about it.

He doesn't take the line on or throw beautiful passes to put people through gaps like a half should.

Very over-rated.

Would've been good to see if Reynolds/Sutton could handle the step up without their forwards and their own structure.
Mixed emotions about it because as much as it would've been good to see them fail, it would mean NSW would fail. And if NSW won and they both played well, that could give them enough confidence to lead $ouffs to a premiership.
Anyway, we wont find out this year unless NSW are flogged in the first two games and they put them in for the last game/dead rubber, which isn't a true test anyway.

Good player, but in my opinion simply hasn't done enough to get into NSW. Been in first grade 30 seconds. So sick of NSW changing their halves.

Same with me Dubai. Carney has done nothing wrong to lose his spot in the team. For all the years we had to change our halves, due to inept abilty, we now have two to choose from and Laurie boots the incumbent.

I think if Carney had been goal kicking all year for the guppies instead of Gordon, at a high percentage, he may have got the nod over Jimmy. In a close game, which these games usually are, a great goalkicker like Jimmy can win the game for you, especially if he's a good tough player too.

you must have something really personal against sutton always calling him dumb and crap. he played well again last night and thats without GI and three top line forwards out in burgess teo and mcqueen.
