You cannot defend the pass he threw. In our own 20 metres and he spreaded the ball poorly with a rush of blood. That isnt restraint. He panicked with that pass. For club games he has often thrown passes that weren't on or rushing an attacking raid to end poorly. He has also often been criticised for that lack of composure and not knowing when the timing of a play was correct

However, i thought he had a solid all around origin game.

Did anyone see Toolis getting all aggro with Gallen on the Footy Show last night? Those Maroon rednecks are total hypocrites. They start the aggro and it's QLD passion, QLD fighting spirit, QLD not being intimidated by the bad arrogant, cheating blues. What if Gallen lead with his head and knocked out Smith? DO you think they would go whinging and have the officials monitor Gallen's tackling technique a little closer? And btw, I actually do hate Gallen. I just hate QLD and their holier than thou, arrogant attitude more.

I was crying with laughter MR.

All I could think of is Ben Ross or that pommie O'Conner.

Toolis did EXACTLY the same thing.

He is a typical QLD hypocrite.

          The FlogPen .

          You know it makes sense.

It was poorly executed but it was one play in 80 minutes - Farrar made a couple of similar errors. For the other 79 and a half minutes he did the little things well and looked very in control. Definitely a growing maturity in my books.

I saw Sonny-Bill do the same twice against the Storm. Shit happens.

Thats right. Even look at our boys, Jennings dropped a shocker (as he did for us vs storm), Maloney dropped off a few tackles and missed and easy kick, but the only error that get mention on the chookpen is a poor pass from Pearce. Yes it was a bad pass whether it slipped or not, but there aren't many players that go a whole origin game without making a single error.

QLD would be happy to play a whole team of Ben Creaghs.....they give plenty and for once they got some back.

I saw an interview with Watmough, who was being surprisingly diplomatic. Then they asked him straight out whether he supported what Gallen did. His response was 'um...argh...well...YES actually'. Love it. For once the Blues players know thay have each others backs. No more Ben Creagh back offs.

big big difference between Gallen and Toollis (love the name). Gallen stood infront of the player man on man and hit him.
Toollis came from behind, at least in the Ben Ross case.

I burst out laughing too STSAE.
The sad thing is I think he's just too dumb to realise how hypocritical he really is.
How on earth he gets a job as a rugby league 'commentator' on Fox or Nine is beyond me.

How good were the boys. Jennings scored one of the great Origin tries, Maloney had a solid debut and the combination Pearce had with Lewis was very threatening (could be good at the Roosters... Sign him up Uncle Nick. ).

There was also a great story on Maloney's debut last night on the Footy Show.

Here's the video if you missed it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AagtkWWaa1g

As the mother of two girls, I have no problem with them watching a bit of biff in the footy.
The thing I don't like seeing are spare tackles where someone could get badly hurt.
