North Queensland Cowboys: Get the Cowboys back into the finals after an appalling referee decision

After an appalling referee decision, (a 7th tackle try), the Cronulla Sharks scored and therefore changed the outcome of the game. The Sharks went onto win 20-18, which should not have happened as their 7th tackle try is arguably invalid.

Please sign and share this petition around to see if we can do something about this and get the Cowboys back into the finals. They've been robbed before, let's not let it happen again. Even if you don't support the Cowboys but support fair, accurate and just refereeing, please sign this.

You were robbed by a disgraceful decision but I can't sign your petition coz I believe u r only giving false hope to your fellow supporters. There is absolutely more chance of hell freezing
over than the NRL changing the result.

I live in qld and am embarressd by the local media up here pushing this petition. U can't honestly believe they will change the result. They can't and they won't.

Good luck but u could have a million signatures. It will change nothing. And this conspiracy theory is ridiculous. If it were true then we would have won more than 6 penalty counts this year. We get reamed every week.

I just posted an email request I received. Followed the link and reported it here. It isn't my petition.
However, anything that focuses attention on the standard and accountability of refs is good.

Yes they were screwed. But I don't see this as any different to any other team that was done over by a bad video ref decision, bad touch judge decision, bad on field ref decision.
We were screwed 5 tries over in the 2010 GF. I'd rather be screwed over in a prelim semi than in the actual big one.


Yes Cowboys have a right to whinge, but as JC said above, hell would freeze over before anything would or could be done !

Up here on the Goldy it was the lead story on qld Tele. This petition with a chance of overturning the result. That's how its being reported. Its media driven Bullshit that has no chance. Just gonna give a lot of false hope. The NRL already know they have F'd up.

Refs are human. They make mistakes, as we all do. Get over it.
If I was to have a meltdown after every clanger that has gone against us over the last 40years as an Easts fan I would be nothing more than a puddle.

Harry High Pants says: This was a crap mistake and the refs should be bent over and shafted...and I am possibly the bloke for this job. This mistake is akin to any crap penalty call against any defensive team on the last tackle especially when defending inside your red zone. QLD and Johnny Thursten may slowly understand what it is like to be shafted..... just like NSW has been many times in the past (Does the Grasshopper ring any bells?) ...so suck it up and dry the eyes sweety.
