The chosen one who has been a protected species as a coach has had his side thrashed again tonight. This time by the Warriors.

He was abrupt in his press conference and his captain seemed reluctant to answer honestly. I feel there is disharmony in the squad (although I'm not on the inside) but for a team to have 100+ put on in 2 weeks talks "attitude").

How long does the forum think he'll last? Or will he find on his feet with another great appointment that falls into his lap? Thoughts?

Surely no one would be that stupid.

I actually thought as soon as he signed with the Raiders, they were going to get the spoon. Nothing has changed my mind.

They will sack him after this season.'

not sure they can afford to sack him in season 1. Did he sign a 3 or 4 yr contract?

Parramatta must be so thankful that Sticky has taken his intensity, arrogance and recent history of failure down to the nation's capital.

His tyranical type of coaching may have worked in the early 2000s but it's very much out of date now. The game has evolved since then, but unfortunately Sticky hasn't.

He stuffed up Cronulla, continued the stuff up Parra already were and is now working hard at stuffing up Canberra, although credit must go to D Furner for starting the process.

The bloke looks his best when dealing only with the elite players, who don't need to be coached, which is why he should stick to coaching Aus or NSW.

After that woeful press conference the other day, I thought he really must give coaching up now and utilise his talents elsewhere, maybe in some sort of consultancy role, rather than coach first grade. He could have a website like Smithy, only call it Sticky Speaks...

Sticky got lucky with us in 2002. reasons:
            - Murray, set the squad up
            - Gould was in the background offering support/advice
            - Freddy did not play rep football that season
            - We had a heap of young players that were about to hit top form - Mini, Fitzy, Wing, Morley

I read where his two nuffy sidekicks have been with him at Cronulla and Parramatta. Maybe you need to get new assistants Ricky as these two have no idea as well.
