Would they be game enough to sack Pearce or one of our stars bigger and brighter than Pearce...over what Carney did?
I suggest not.
And if any of our players are found to be doing something as idiotic as what Carney did id be hopeing the club would punt them no matter who they are. That's just my opinion anyway

If it was a first time offence by a player, then I doubt they would be sacked, but if fergo did something similar when playing for us next year, I think that it would be the end of his contract.
And comparing anything to what pearce did this year is ridiculous, because pearce actually did nothing.

Who cares. He's a deashit with responsibility deficiency syndrome where nothing is ever his fault.
Chook.

He shouldn't have sacked him at Easts, and he went overboard again at Cronulla.
It's an overreaction, and it's a bloke's career at stake.
Again only one person to blame here.

I am not offended by what footy players do I have never seen them as role models, their form is all I care about.
But they do represent a brand and the brand needs to attract sponsorship so u cant blame the sharks for punting him.
I do feel it was poorly handled, the club + NRL should have spoke and met with him to understand and digest it properly. You cant punt someone like that you have to take into account the mental safety of ppl." A man can only walk as far as he can see"

Time and time again he farks up - and time and time again it's never his fault, there is always an excuse. I suspect he'll still be blaming someone else for his own mistakes his entire life.
The NRL are well rid of this headline waiting to happen (again).
