Or fight it spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal costs only to be rubbed out of the game and your professional career in sport finished

ASADA I wish all the players would fight it as I think ASADA have very little WHY offer such a deal They want this gone and done with as quick as possible This is the best way where its over quick and they get what they want
If that's the case why wouldn't they fight it? No matter what anyone says it will be a smear on there names for the rest of there lives.

You are a bit slow there as I have adressed your question in the post you have quoted. Here though is a question for you why on earth would ASADA be offering such deals as the one the players have taken if they had damming evidence against each individual player I look forwqard to hear your answer

This is an important point. The offers were very much an attempt by ASADA to save face.
The administration of ASADA has been corrupted by political influence, this is not just my opinion but that of some ASADA staff I know.
In the past and ASADA investigation would have absolutely no publicity until a charge was laid. It is so bad that WADA were seriously thinking of removing ASADA's accreditation

At a cost up to $200,000 in legal fees each, even if they'd won...the players took the '3 weeks'...as Alan Jones said they should [he said some players rang him for advice].

Except for the greats, does anyone really remember the players for more than 'a week' after they retire?
People make mistakes and have to live with the consequences.

"Avoid litigation like the plague" is a very wise saying.

What was legal, and seemingly promoted by some employed by, or seemingly employed by, the club ...in 2011....was suddenly illegal in 2012?

Anyway, the three weeks are up/nearly up, the players haven't spent their life savings on lawyers...try convincing the missus to spend the $200,000 on 'nothing'...summer looms large...and we move on to next season with a clean slate.
