  • Coogee Turf Wars Settled!

Personally I don't know why there was even any dispute because if you look at the NRL boundaries on the PDF the council supplies Coogee is clearly Vermin Turf. I guess it's even more official now though.

    Turf Wars results are in!

Thanks for taking part in Randwick City Council's recent community consultation on where we should fly Rabbitohs and Roosters street banners in Randwick City.

We had a huge response and the decision is clear - keep flying Rabbitohs banners at Coogee Beach!

    • 4,887 people took part in the online survey
    • 73% of respondents were Rabbitohs supporters, 22% Roosters
    • 63% of survey respondents from Coogee & South Coogee voted Rabbitohs
    • 64% of survey respondents from Randwick City voted Rabbitohs
    • In other locations surveyed, Randwick City Council has decided to continue flying Roosters banners at Clovelly Beach; and Alison Park Randwick; and Rabbitohs banners in Kensington
