The point is that no one with any brain makes radical decisions after one bad performance, Last week Idris was the worst centre in the league, Kimmorley looked like an old man and the dogs were going to miss the 8.

This week the doomsday theorists here say Carneys no fullback, Anasta has to go, SKD is a speed bump , The Maubs are too small, Mini is an old man. etc etc.

Theres another game next week, and the only changes I would make are FPN, Gone til he learns how to tackle,and grows a heart, he is pathetic...... and Paea on the bench, Ryles and Graham back, hopefully JWH on the bench, Jones on the bench Takarangi gone.

You may be onto something. Here is an example of a stupid post from Roosdaman:

This is weird, at the start of the week I couldnt see how we could lose, I was extremely confident,

then I started thinking, too much, and started to have doubts, based mostly on the heat from last week affecting our players recovery, and the desperation the dogs will bring to the game,

I even considered that they would have beaten Newcastle if they had kicked some goals, but now that I look at the teams man on man, we have them covered in 12 out of thirteen spots,

the only player i might swap would be Ryles for Hannant. I read somewhere that they have put two backs on their bench, interesting, they must be looking for more speed and variety in attack, and rightly so because they have looked very pedestrian so far.

I think this move is doomed to fail, but it will be interesting. Now I am back to being confident, if we play anywhere near our ability, and get an even bounce of the ball we will win, and if we do start to get on a roll we could win very well, I hope its a bit cooler on Sunday, dont want our guys to get heat stroke from scoring tries.
