      Why not? The Dogs werent disbanded and won a title "fair and square" 2 years later with largely the same rorting team.

          The big question is " are the storm the only team rorting the salary cap? " if your honest with yourself you would have to be sceptical at best.

              lol...The funny thing is the dragqueens were in a real rut many moons ago with the cap and won nothing anyway.1999-2005

                    It will be interesting to see if TOK is around and posting here as often as it does.My bet is it wont be Too many stories and no time on its hands to lurk around here.

                    As for the Dogs I still dont understand how they were supposedly 1 million over the cap and the players took an 8 percent pay cut Which managed to get them under it for the following years.Not even taking into account that they were playing with a reduced salary cap for sometime after The maths does not add up to me.Perhaps someone here could possibly explain this ?
