They along as stripping them of their premierships, minor premierships, should also strip them of all points and award them the spoon for those seasons, esp last season.

agreed Dolphin, their team MUST be dismantled, this makes the Dogs salary cap scandle look like a sponge cake competition scandal !

The Dogs was worse.. over $1m a season.. They just had a nod and wink agreement with the NRL not to go through their books... They were given the option of taking their points penalty and that would be the end of it or fighting it and allowing the NRL to investigate all their paperwork..

It was a deferred pay cut, the NRL allowed them to receive the 8% in 2004 as a 'bonus' payment.

That does not mean they were not over the cap Only difference is that the NRL allowed it.this makes it more farcical

Also they were meant to be operating under a salary cap less than other clubs
