We are mate. In a stunning recruiting coup we have obtained the services of,

Strike Centres - Mark McGaw & Andrew Farrar
    Winger - Smokin Joe Kilroy
    Prop - Stan Jurd

The club was concerned that they may be a little young given our recent recruitment strategys but decided to take a punt.
Loved by few, hated by many, respected by all.

Unfortunately all those players (even in their current shape) would be an improvement on what we've got in those positions (except iRobot)..

Wally Lewis after his problems would be better than what we have at 5/8th & captain too..

You musnt be watching the same game as me!
He averages less metres per hitup than nearly any other prop in our team, that includes Paea, FPN, Ryles & Kennedy. The only exception being Conn who isn't even a natural prop. He averages less tackle breaks per game than any other prop in our team bar no one. He averages less offloads per game than any other prop in our team bar only Paea.

I'm dead set for real. I think he has massive potential but his running game and even his tackling game leave a lot to be desired at the moment. I still think he'd be suited in the backrow until he matures.

We are lacking in Forwards depth, yet are not doing a thing about it,we missed out big time with Tolman...
We probably did but with the Dogs losing Hannant they would've been pretty desperate to sign him, god only knows what they ended up offering.

Hargreaves and Nuuausala are both far too young and raw to be carrying our pack. Both belong on the bench.

Ryles is leading our pack, and Paea SHOULD be. Paea is our next most experienced prop, he is supposed to be leading the younger blokes and complimenting Ryles in the front row. Instead, Paea's workrate is minimal, his aggression is down, and his fitness seems terrible.

As much as it pains me to say it, the 'dogs have done well there.
            Two more to come!

The vultures are picking over the carcass ... stay tuned for news about a number of Melbourne players.

                Yup!

Brian's about to go all Newcastle on you guys. (err ... not suggesting he's poaching Knights players, you know what I mean. I think ...?)

Gotta remember that this is not Brian's squad that he is using. He will get the people he wants, always does.

I think you're right about Blair going home. Manu is a possibility, prefer Lima though. Although, I think Lima is headed for the seaside .... not that I would know.

It's not all beer and skittles at the Storm despite the PR campaign at the moment. It appears they have turned their guns on each other.

Tolman was never a serious target for us, we have a bigger fish in mind, will be very interesting if we don't get this particular player if it is revealed how far we were willing to go to get him to Bondi.

Stirring, but knowing the Roosters management, anything is possible.
