I have been told today that Sticky's management has entered into discussions with the Vermin. Lang may go back to Coaching Director/Manager if the deal goes through. Wouldn't that add a bit more spice to the local derby... and potentially kill off our old enemy if his track record is consistent.

Stuart surely wouldn't accept a job with a coaching director above him. If he goes to Souths you can be assured Lang would be out the door. It would not be a good look for Souths to punt him so soon otherwise they have little room to move if Stuart fails next season.

Lang is a good coach but he was always a short term fix after JT got canned. He's probably getting a little too old for the stress and strain of day to day coaching, and you'd have to admit that his job would come with a lot of pressure.
