No doubt Stewart should of gone yesterday. But that tackle from Petero was a shocker. It was an old fashioned stiff arm with a closed fist. It looked pretty deliberate to me.

It was a bad tackle but i highly doubt that it was deliberate, the Bulldogs player had been taken around the legs and was falling, together with Petro's height it resulted in Petro collecting him around the jaw. It was a bad tackle that probably deserved 10 mins at the most.

Ignoring all previous games and just viewing the tackle individually - it was 100% a send off offence.

You cannot go into a tackle high, with a massive swinging arm like that. Petero is a taller guy but it's on him to control that. Lets face it, he really put the steam into that hit.

Great play by Burns ( even if he was marginally offside ) to gift panthers that win. Great finish!

It was a committed and freakish charge down. He had to go for it. The dumbest play of the year was the Roberts grubber on the 4th tackle 20M out when nobody was expecting it.

Watched the replay again and it was probably fair enough, I thought that the player going for the charge down was so close to him that he couldn't help but kick it into him but he actually dived across a decent distance to get it.
