I feel much more comfortable facing the Dragons than the Tigers.

Dragons were vulnerable tonight after easy wins and a week off. They will be much harder to beat next week.

let's not forget guys.. St George will be deserved favourites

Next week will be the game of our lives

It'd be awesome if Mose could somehow fit into the equation.. he would terrorise them and send them into oblivion

Jaubs not playing next week. I reckon Smithy will stack the bench with forwards to counter the Saints forwards.

Of course there are other ways of slaying the dragons. Fan, where are you?

It's all about how our young kids start, if they come out blowing after losing their energy from nerves etc we'll struggle......we come out firing and get an early try we will roll them. The Dragons are still ridiculously vulnerable when they fall behind on the scoreboard....get 2 tries in front and they are DONE....we can do it.

                GO EASTS.

                    I disagree.

They fell over the line tonight against a very ordinary team.

As a Souths fan, there is no doubt in my mind that the better of the two teams we have played this year is the Roosters.

They are already favourites in the TAB markets but that means crapola.

                    Actually it means VALUE!!!!!!!!!!

Get ON and get on NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                    lol@stmerge, 1 premiership and a claytons!!!!

                      Crap in the tackle.

Unfortunately I think they will get away with it again next week. The only positive thing is that the Roosters are used to that and hopefully will overcome it once again.
                      Come on fire up son!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                        Benji's a great touch footballer - but that's all.

I agree. Tigers were in position for a fg twice and chose to run it which ended with no result. I reckon had they snapped a fg the merge would have gotten nervous.

Yes, the markets all have merge favorites, the psychological pressure is on them. They were expected to be premiers. We have come from last and have been written off from week one of the finals, just making up the numbers.

Jaubs MUST play. It will ruin the BALANCE of the side if he doesnt!!!

Some of the guys reckon Jaubs was told before the game that it would be his last game for the roosters. In the press conference Smith also said something like "we need to decide what to do with the remaining bench spot".
