McCallum is so far more suitable for the referees job that Hollywood Bill it's not funny, but no doubt Harrigan has friends in high places in the current regime.

One can only hope sanity will prevail. Better still, that the appointment is not made until the independent commission becomes a reality and those on the commission have the opportunity to choose the best candidate for the job based on recent performances, because in that case it won't be Harrigan, who has lost the plot.

Surely some lessons must be learned from the officials' consistent errors and gaffes in 2010, all of which occurred under tutilage of the dumb and dumber duo of Finch and Harrigan.

If Harrigan is going to lead the refs he will have to ditch the Lowes commercials and any other activities for which he can be ridiculed
        His refereeing you mean?

Both 75 and 79 Fred. He owes the Drag Queens plenty and finally delivered as a parting gift before he is hopefully punted from his current position.

I'm sure the Drag Queens can find some moula to give a consultant position for 2011 onwards, in recognition of his good works for their club.

McCallum always seemed to be completely above board. I guess that comes from not being an ex-player. He was, however, a teacher.
