I don't agree with what hill did, but he had the balls to challenge the draft.....why is it that we only hear threats about challenging the cap, yet no one does it????

Personally, i think prize money and Rep money should not be included in the clubs salary cap, also, get rid of clubs paying bonuses for players making rep teams.

We need a serious rep season for rep payments to mean anything I think...
Although I also think rep payments (or even status?) should count for something, otherwise we would have lots of GI/Gaz style signings where players are technically on peanuts but in reality they get top salaries.

I don't understand how a draft would work when the junior teams are aligned with a certain club.

If the said club doesn't get benefits of those juniors then why would they keep financing it?

There are alot of clubs not aligned, especially country RL.
There is also a transfer fee involved for kids that have come through development for one NRL club that get signed by others.
Its a bit wishy washy but its there
