Adelaide Failed....then again, adelaide is the most boring place on earth !!

Perth on the otherhand were getting strong crowd averages and while not making millions, was able to keep it's head above water.

The reds, along with the Gold Coast Chargers were both casualties of the ceasefire in the sewer league war. (the Rams and Mariners were failures so it was decided one ARL and one Sl side were to be cut to make the storm)

The Reds could have continued and would have been successful, they were made into a sacraficial lamb.
It didn't help that the game was at war with itself, so attracting new punters in places like Adelaide at that time was going to be a big ask.

In terms of local and corporate support, but not premierships, the Reds were going no worse than how the Storm have been going for the last 12 years.
