Reading this weeks Wentworth Courier I saw the latest numbers. We are miles ahead of the Sharks, Penrith and Manly and on level terms with the Tigers (who have two sets of fans).

        Yep, we have no fans.

Whichever club wins the money will likely donate it

Weird promotion....over such a short period of time it's just asking to be rigged by a rich benefactor from either our club or Manly's.

Why would they do that to win a mieserly 10k prize?

Well it's not like we'd have to spend much to rig it, Cronulla haven't even sold 3,000 total memberships over the 3+ months they've been available and Manly have barely sold a membership since all their undercover seats are sold out.

10k worth of ad space for a few k spent....still saves the club the difference

I only posted my paperwork this week and with the public holiday it may not get processed until next week anyway. When I saw this on the official site, I thought, "Battle of the Bitches" more like it! I know plenty of people who are Cronulla 'fans' but not members.

Call up on Wednesday night to re-sign and you can speak to one of the players.

Manly also offer Pet memberships for cats and dogs, that's why they are ahead. Think of how many members that have more than one animal. Clever marketing and sales division.
